NAACP Hillsborough County Announces 2025 Freedom Fund Dinner

TAMPA — The NAACP Hillsborough County Branch has announced details for its annual Freedom Fund Dinner, scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025. The event will be held at a new location this year — the Tampa Convention Center, located at 333 S. Franklin Street in downtown Tampa.

Dr. Roslyn M. Brock will deliver the keynote address and Liz York Cohen serves as the event’s Chairwoman. Doors will open at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

Tickets are currently available for purchase through the NAACP Hillsborough County website. The Freedom Fund Dinner is a significant fundraiser supporting the organization’s ongoing efforts toward civil rights advocacy and community empowerment.
