Hillsborough County Fairgrounds to Host All-Day 4th of July Celebration

TAMPA — The Hillsborough County Fairgrounds will host a full day of festivities on July 4, culminating in a nighttime drone show and after-party.

The event kicks off at 1 p.m., following the annual Brandon Fourth of July Parade, and promises a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the day. Highlights include a watermelon-eating contest, pet costume contest, antique car show, and the Little Mr. & Miss Firecracker Pageant.

Visitors can explore food vendors, craft booths, educational displays, and a kids zone featuring interactive barnyard experiences. Patriotic costume contests will offer additional entertainment for guests of all ages.

The celebration will conclude with a drone show at 9 p.m., followed by an after-party running until 11 p.m.
