Mayor Welch Celebrates Opening of Bayou Court Mixed-Income Apartments

ST. PETERSBURG— Mayor Ken Welch, alongside city and county officials, celebrated the grand opening of Bayou Court Apartments, marking a significant step in the city's efforts to provide affordable housing.
